Where is my copy of The Key Zine?

As promised, The Key Zine pre-orders were dispatched in early November. We estimate that they will reach everyone by December at the latest.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately it's too late to change your address - the zines have already been sent out!

Can I track my order?

No, but since we've received this question a few times we'll be offering tracked shipping for an additional cost for those who request it in any future projects.

Will you be printing more copies of The Key Zine?

We do not currently have plans to reprint The Key. However, if you'd like to get your hands on the zine you can download a digital version by visiting PAYHIP.COM/THEKEY

The Key Zine eBook contains all of the same content as the physical copy, and you can download it onto your iPhone, tablet, kindle, or desktop computer using iBooks or other ebook hosting apps. PLEASE NOTE: this is a digital copy and NOT a physical book. You will not have any product posted to you. Profits from The Key Zine eBook will go towards covering our costs and NOT the charity that we originally donated to.

When will the money raised be donated to the Mental Health Foundation?

As soon as PayPal release our funds - hopefully sometime very soon! There will be updates posted about the donation on either of our Instagram accounts: @hannahpixiesnow & @anastasia.tasou
